By accessing and using Flash Climber, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Flash Climber is a climbing gym companion app that allows users to log routes, track progress, compete on leaderboards, and earn rewards through our gamification system including Flash Coins.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and phone number. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Flash Climber reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Flash Coins
Flash Coins are a virtual currency with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Flash Climber platform. Flash Climber reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the Flash Coins system at any time.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate leaderboards or exploit the system; (c) impersonate others; (d) harass other users; or (e) interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
6. Gym Partnerships
Flash Climber partners with climbing gyms to provide route data and features. Your use of the service at partner gyms is also subject to those gyms' policies and rules.
7. Disclaimer
Flash Climber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Climbing is an inherently dangerous activity. Always follow gym safety rules and climb within your ability level. Flash Climber is not responsible for any injuries that may occur while climbing.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
